These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to SMS alerts and notifications provided by Quantum Toolset. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Privacy Statement.
2. Message Content
Messages may include account notifications, service updates, device health alerts, reminders, or support information. No marketing messages will be sent without your prior consent.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your services and support requests. Standard message and data rates may apply.
4. Opt-In / Opt-Out
Quantum Toolset collects opt-in verbally at their locations or over the phone. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide the phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based notifications.
They will be verbally informed that:

- "Message frequency may vary"
- They can "text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time"
They will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
